There is just some food, I just do not like. I was a vegetarian from like Sophomore year of High School till I was about 23. Gluten free since 21 and I used to be one picky a$$ eater. So, you ask, "Rachel what do you eat? "Well, thats a tale for another day, so let me just me tell you some things I just do not like. Here we gooooo o o ooO ooooOOoooOOOoooOooOoo ooOoOoooo
1. ba ba ba bacon
I just do not like BACON! Maybe it's because when I first started eating meat again, I started with turkey bacon (which I freaking love) or maybe its because I don't really care for pork, but whatever it is, bacon is just a no no in my food intake.
2. Shrimp(y)
I used to LOVE shrimp, but this one time, I got a dirty a$$ shrimp with that ucky black poopy on the spine or whatever and that was it, I never ate it again. I soon after went vegetarian and even now as a carnivore, I have absolutely no interest.
3. Hamburgers, especially those turkey burgers
Yep. I know your probably freaking out and thinking i'm so un-American, but I just do not like hamburgers, like nahhhh. Plus, gluten free buns are hella dense at is it and to put the burger in the mix, yuck! I do/did like White Castle's sliders and McDonalds Big Macs (that secret sauce though), but I cant eat them anymore, cause gluten, soooo I rather pass on burgers and go straight for the bbq chips!
4. That tin canned "tomato sauce"
The name itself explains why I dont like it. Canned. Im italian, okay. So any canned red sauce is pretty gross, but that tin canned stuff, the one you need a can opener to open or maybe it's hipster and has a pull tap, that stuff is just plain nasty. Im sorry, I rather eat dirt. Well maybe not, but its pretty freaking gross.
5. Red drinks
This fixation all started when this one time my brother got sick off red Pop Rocks, and he barfed red everywhere, till this day, I stay clear of all red candy, especially red Kool-Aid. I really didn't like fruit punch to begin with, so it's not a big loss, plus its all about the blue. My snow cones, slurpees, candy and what not, are till this day, always every other color of the rainbow omitting red. Thanks bro.
