Hi. At the start of the year every one was so excited, 2020 "this is gonna be the year", and with so many holidays on a Friday, blah...blah...blah, but here we are in a global pandemic of COVID-19. It's scary and is taking this world by storm. This virus, it takes no prejudice, doesn't matter how young, how old, how rich, how poor, it's a invisible vigilante. It kills me that people are still not taking this serious, still not social distancing, still acting like it will not affect them. Its painful to see on social media, within my extended family. Also crazy annoying to see people post about how they want this to be over but then they are friends with people WHO DON'T SOCIAL DISTANCE THEMSELVES. LIKE WHAT THE F*CK! I'm annoyed. I wish I could come to this platform and give you good news, while there is so much, I am thankful for my little family, for my house, for my husbands patience, for our health, but I am also very anxious, very scared. "Loyalty, courage and friendship are the best gifts of all" Critical Thinking... What is friendship? As I pondered my childhood and teen years, I thought, who were my friends? What made me call them best friends? My "biffles"? I have had many friends, friends from day one and friends that come and go like the wind on a stormy day. I will always cherish the moments that we cried tears and cried laughing, fought and smiled, loved and hated each other, but where are they now? I hardly have contact, it is like if we are strangers. No one remembers each other birthdays, not even an hello. So why did this happen if we where best friends? I suppose it is because we grew apart, but I thought friends where forever...apparently not! If your reading this, I real do miss you! Shout out to the NHL Chicago Blackhawks on their defeat against the Detroit Red Wings !! ...and thats a wrap...
